You,nor I know all the facts of the case and the results of the second autopsy appear to be inconclusive.You are presumed Innocent unless a court of law finds you otherwise.To date the wife has not been charged and that is a FACT.:deal

I'm talking out my ass, but it was my understanding that life insurance policies had suicide clauses? Or is that what the 2 years is for?

Something is being done, the last I heard the autopsy was not completed in Brazil, from what I heard there were marks as well that were not reported on Gattis body.....

 

That's what the suicide clause is. if you committ suicide in the first 2 years you don't collect but they are still required to refund any premiums that you paid. After 2 years they pay the policy in full.
