Whats sarcastic about telling someone to grow up, think its you that needs a dictionary.

I am far from a Calzaghe nuthugger, believe me.

As for the rest of your NUTHUGGING drivel, see my previous post.

Abraham vs Pavlik is a fight everyone wants to see happen and very soon, this fight has excitement written all over it and Pavlik needs to beat Abraham to make his mark at Middleweight as he hasn't done much there. I'm glad to see Arum having his eyes set on Abraham for the future, thought he might get ignored there but this is great news, of course I wouldn't take any of that seriously till the fight is over with. When it's over the plans become more clear, right now they're just rumors and possibilities.

Why do you think it's hard for Abraham to make 160?, they said the fight with Abraham will be at 160 and Abraham's team have been calling for it to be at 160.

Style, I believe Abraham has the style to get the job done. Abraham has very good underrated defense, solid chin, KO power in both hands that he can carry all the way to the 12th and stamina. Also he's not as predictable as Pavlik is so he has some skills there to confuse Pavlik, Abraham's attacks are usually surprising, he randomly unloads huge bombs and is also a counter puncher. I'll be very shocked if Pavlik manages to beat him.

F*ck Rubio. Told you Pavlik (Arum) is avoiding Abraham. There's one meaningful fight left at MW, why the f*ck would Pavlik want to fight a mandatory (?) if he can unify vs. Abraham and then move up to SMW win or lose?

This is bull****, but I was right: despite HBO wants it, Team Pavlik is clearly considering Abraham TOO MUCH RISK.

You know what? They are right! :hi:

Keep ducking the real threat Kelly, keep ducking! Just keep the dog's mouth shut if you won't KO Hopkins early as the dog promised! :D

Doesn't the thread say Abraham is next?

The plan was for Abraham/Pavlik in Jan...but Abraham's issue with Marquez pushed it back I guess.

    It'll happen...I'm sure of it.

AA didn't get the flu. If he had, we would have seen the medical reports backing it up. He got DRAINED.

Well, Pavlik didn't fight Abraham because Marquez was in the way, at least that was the offical story. In a month Marquez won't be in the way anymore. How come Rubio is next?

I have no doubt Abraham struggled to make weight, it's happened before and if he stays at 160 I'm sure it'll happen again. That doesn't mean he wasn't sick at the same time...**** happens sometimes.

AA screwed his chance for this fight by pushing back his mandatory defense date. He didn't have the flu, he was weight drained. Until I see hospital test results, that is what I will believe. Not the 'ring doctor' crap.

Arum has been trying to squeeze Rubio into a title fight for an eternity it seems. Remember before they settled on Lockett, Rubio was the main guy in talks. After Lockett, Pavlik was supposed to fight Rubio but then Hopkins came about and the rest is history. Maybe Arum owes Rubio money or Rubio has pictures of Arum shoving a small child up his ass :?

Abraham, Pavlik and Arum were all upfront that once Pavlik beat Rubio (which was the fight in talks at the time) and Abraham took care of his mandatory (Marquez) the two would then move on to a big Jan showdown.

Marquez/Abraham got pushed back a month due to illness/weight loss what have you...so maybe plans got pushed back in general.

    It'll happen. It has to.

Well, I don't think anyone care if you believe it or not or if I believe it or not. It's not the point. The mandatory fight is only pushed back 3 weeks after the Pavlik fight. How come that screwed AA's chances? What did Rubio do to get his chance?

Arum said it is an either/or. Not Rubio is next. Kelly does have to do a mandatory some time. Just like AA is doing NOW. Give him **** for fighting Marquez why don't you? Hard to unify if you don't have the belt holders. Like it or not, this is still a business. HBO nixed quite a few defenses for Kelly. No market.
