No as Abraham is not obligated to "have to" fight on German soil as German network is very loose with their claims to Sauerland which fight or fighter they have to bring on. ARD would give Sauerland the same money for a fight that Abraham holds in the US as ARD don't give money to SE on a per-fight basis but for a number of events (around 10 for each year). Beside those 10 events to be held in Germany ARD gives SE exceptions to have their fighters showcased in the US (which, besides Abraham and for some time Klitschko) never really is/was the case), handing them over the money and airing the events (like Abraham - Miranda, Wladimir Klitschko - Peter) live and repeat them the next day.
