I find it funny how all of a sudden everyone is writing off Pacquiao.

I'm no ******* but in the space of one fight he's turned from the 'Messiah' into someone that now has no chance against Floyd.

Styles make fights and Manny still IMO has the style to beat Floyd.

I don't understad why people say Pacmans style beats Mayweather. What is this amazing factor within Pacman style that helps him beat Mayweather.

To beat Mayweather you need a solid jab which he can't counter and then build the rest of your assault working off that Jab (see the first six rounds of Oscar v Mayweather).

Pacquaio doesn't have a great jab and i've only ever seen him do really well against come forward fighters. Against Mayweather he will get countered all day long. I personally give Khan more of a chance than Pacman. If Khan fights a disciplined fight like the Judah one working behind jab he'll give Mayweather a hell of a lot of trouble. That said pacman would destroy Khan in a few rounds.

A prime Oscar and Mosley may have beat Mayweather but Pacman in any stage of his career does not beat Mayweather

I agree, mate. Floyd and JM Marquez are different types of counter-punchers and that's all they really have in common.

I don't think it's so much about the jab more about the left hand. Against a south paw it's difficult for Floyd to use the shoulder roll and counter punch effectively. If you watch Floyd against other south paw opponents he adopts a different stance. He hold his hands higher in a more orthadox manner and he tends to lead more because there is less of a window of opportunity to block and counter punch with his right hand.

If you put this together with the speed of the punches from Pacquiao then I think it is a stylistic nightmare for Floyd.

But this is not to say I believe Pacquiao would be the favorite in the fight because he wont. I just feel he will ask questions of Mayweather and take him out of the comfort zone that he has been in probably since he left the Lightweight division.

2 of them are by their best, been left too long and the fight has passed its time. I'd like to see JMM vs Pac man again.
