Arum at it again...

    As soon as the fight is over Arum jumps in to suggest a rematch round about the time Floyd set a date that he was looking to return. Another excuse not to fight Mayweather?? I think Pacquiao wants the Floyd fight but I am pretty sure Arum doesn't want Manny anywhere near him.

    I'm not going to say he isn't a good fighter but lets be honest you can't keep saying Manny just had a bad night every time he looks bad. He struggles with skilled counter punchers with good movement/footwork - an old Mosley made him look poor and now Marquez did.

    Floyd is without a doubt the most "skilled" boxer in the sport, everyone who has been in the ring with both of them has said so that Mayweather is the better boxer. Manny has the power but what good is it if he can't hit the mark, if he can't hit Marquez how the hell is he going to hit Floyd? I honestly think Floyd will KO Pacquiao with the way he lunges into punches but thats just me, others will disagree.

    One last thing, it will be a shame if Marquez retires after this I would like to see him fight again. He is my number 1 fighter in the sport - he doesn't wait two years between fights or pick stupid catch weights. He doesn't trash talk he just fights and fights hard - I really think he is the most underrated fighter in the sport outside of Mexico.

    Arum knows he isn't making that fight, Floyd would easily beat Pacquaio, especially the one in the ring last night. His sole purpose was to undermind Floyd with that talk that he wants to make a 4th fight in "May" with JMM, no why in the hell would this be interesting? Marquez would just lose on the cards AGAIN. Now if the fight was scored correctly and JMM won, then a fourth fight would have been interesting, but now that we know the fix is in, who gives a ****. **** you Bob Arum.

    Regardless of the argument who won, yeah it has to be said he really is a great fighter! I admire the guys courage and the way he handles himself.

    Does Manny Pacquiao even vote in the Congress or does he just get his marching orders from Bob on everything he does?

    Yeah, I wish Pacquiao would have some balls and just say after the fight who he wants to fight. Call some names out. Instead he just does the usual, "I don't know, you will have to talk to my promotor".

    I was thinking the same thing. I'm a pac fan but he clearly lost last night. I had it 118-110 for Marquez. Pacquiao was looking like a beaten fighter at the end of the fight. Sad that the story was already written before the fight. Seems like money talks. At least if all this could lead to Mayweather-Pacquiao fight...Styles make fights and Mayweather doesn't fight like JMM. The fight could be very interesting!

    I think this one hurt more than that De La Hoya/Trinidad debacle...
    Maybe on a Hagler/Leonard pain level of how I felt about the fight. (Yup I had Hagler)

    "Nothin' personal" against Manny I like his fight's very entertaining but JMM smacked him around last night, again no shame in that JMM is on that level & against Manny he is even HIGHER.

    I disagree, I think the fight will play out like every other Mayweather fight. Don't get me wrong I think Mayweather is incredible to watch because I admire counter punching and defensive skills but for the most people think he is boring. Manny can't handle fighters who can move, there is no one in the sport with better footwork than Floyd.
