"There's no way he's getting the 60-40," Bob Arum, Pacquiao's promoter, said. "Unless he comes to his senses and his people start acting intelligently ... we'll see if we can keep it together, but the split is supposed to be 50-50. We've all agreed to it. Now, people are whispering in Pacquiao's ear. If they keep pushing for 60-40, Hatton and (his promoter Richard) Schaefer are pulling the plug."

I hate to question you, and it is probably true.

    But - source?

Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, may emerge as the calming voice of reason. Roach said he spoke by telephone to Pacquiao on Monday night, and plans a similar chat tonight.

"I hope they can come to an agreement but right now they're at a standstill," Roach told The Times on Tuesday. "I hope the fight happens, and I think 50-50 is a good deal. I agree with it, because Hatton brings a lot of people from the U.K. I hope I can get Manny on board."

Like i said before only a buffoon who doesnt know the games is calling for 60-40.

Hatton brings at least 70% of the revenue.

did it? you're not taking into account the uk ppv. pac diaz only did 350k. when they made the agreement for 50:50, they don't just pluck a figure out of the air, they look at the figures and there's no way arum would agree to 50:50 if he thought it wasn't a fair deal for pac.

ray hatton in the paper today has said it's 50:50 or the fight is off, he said they won't even accept 49:51.

The fight is a 50-50 fight. Hatton brings his crowd, and while Pac is known, he isn't known around the States or around the world like Floyd. JMO

But Pac is the main attraction here, he'll sell loads more ppv's now he's beaten DLH, and he is p4p #1, Hatton should accept 60/40.
