Right...some of them can sell out.

Seriously keep this on Arum's **** wit outlook and leave the guys who have no control over what a decrepit old man has to say out of this.

Why would Bob want a rematch between Margarito and Cotto? For 1, Margarito should be banned for life and 2, Cotto is now the man and way above that loss so either Pacman, PBF, Williams or a Clottey/Mosley rematch. In that order!

The first one did nearly 500K buys and Margarito has managed to capture the love and effection of the hardcore mexican fanbase. On top of that Arum has only a limited number of fights left with Cotto (and a fresh deal with Margarito) so it's entirely possible Bob wants to make sure Cotto goes out of Top Rank (if he does leave), Arum can cash out as soon as possible. The same reason why Arum wants Pac vs Cotto.

**** why Arum would want it, Cotto wants it! . . . and rightfully so. It shouldn't be any other way.

Arum is full of ****, he kept all his guys away from PW, and he kept Cotto away from PBF, who would've stopped him.

:patsch Hatton was bigger than PBF and he had already moved up and beaten Collazo for a belt.

Arum offered 50-50% this weekend to floyd. it's at boxing insider

Arum continued and then drops the bombshell. Though the 50/50 split seems fair, Arum says he's "absolutely not optimistic. Otherwise, hey man, (Floyd can) call you, call them, call somebody. Say Arum is full of ****. (Floyd can say) I'm ready to sign, 50/50. Bring your own promoter, I promote Manny. We do the deal in two seconds. Call Richard Shaeffer - he's working with Shaeffer - I've done so many fights with Richard Shaeffer. It's great, I love to work with him."

"This is not a ploy. I tell you, we could sacrifice - and I believe it's a sacrifice - because that's the only way I can see it getting done - is a 50/50 deal. You saw tonight, Manny Pacquiao is now 'The Guy' in boxing (Pacquiao got a huge ovation from the Puerto Rican crowd at MSG on July 13). So what more can I say? 50/50!"

Mayweather leaves Arum and fights DLH, Arum says "Mayweather is a coward and wont fight anybody thats even around his size or a challenge" uhhhh Arum??? YOU DUMB ASS!!!! When Cotto leaves your punk ass your gonna be talking **** too, so just face the facts.

From calling him the greatest fighter he has seen since Muhammad Ali to this. Arum is doing his job and I love how he does it, he knows how to hype his fighters/fights real good, possibly the best right now.

The more he does this the better, it encourages a Pacquiao fight and I'm all for it.

hatton came up from 140 to fight mayweather. is it not clear to you, before and after the fight that hatton, clearly is too small for 147?that is why he went back to 140. he is 5'7 for gods sake. pbf is 5'8 1/2. the question was, has pbf fought a smaller man. so you saying a legitimate 140 pounder is not smaller than pbf who has fought as high as 154?

Just like Hatton was moving up in division, Mayweather was moving down. This wasn't Hatton's first fight at the weight either and the size difference in the ring was nothing like DLH/Pac. Still, you're right about Hatton being the smaller man just not as small as people exaggerate.
