    If you can handle the stress well - and I assume he can, he seems to enjoy his job - and it doesn't take a big physical toll, it's probably the best thing you can do. Keeps the brain active. Probably why he's still pretty sharp at his age.

    Arum is one of those dudes that will die within a year or two of retiring, he is just so wrapped up in it that it is likely keeping him alive. Gives him a sense of purpose , etc. Just my two cents.
