What if there's a triple overtime? Will there be strippers dancing for the meantime?

Are there people who would really throw down money for the PPV after every fight on the card save the main event has ended?

Sadly, yes. . . Most mainstream fans don't even pay attention to undercard fights. . They have no idea who those fighters are.

I get that but putting myself in the position of a casual fan, I'd still want more than one fight for the price of a PPV even if I didn't know who anyone else was.

Same thoughts here. Arum must be talking to the bar owners. They can promise their patrons the big fight after the game.

What Jeffjoiner said, this way all the dudes (and ladies) going out on Saturday night can watch the game and the "Pacquaio Fight."

True, bar owners have to cough up alot more money to have the rights to show the fight, so Arum has to promise that the fight does'nt start until the Celtics-Heat game is over.

I did'nt think this fight would sell much anyway, but its made worse now that most sports fans at home have the Celtics-Heat game 7 to watch.

Pacquiao-Bradley is not a must see type of a matchup, so its hard to envision casual boxing fans after the basketball game saying, "hurry up, call up and order Pacquiao-Bradley!"

My point is that the basketball game being played so close in proximity to the fight will cut some of the PPV buys!
Bad news for Pacquiao, and certainly bad news for "honest" Bob Arum! :deal

I just love it when fate punches Arum right on the nose! :yep
