Maybe Mayweather couldn't find any fighter to submit to his OSDT blood testing.:yep Recent professional fights (Pacquiao vs Margarito, Martinez vs Williams, Froch vs Dirrell, etc.) indicated that urine testing was the perferred choice of drug testing. So who else is supporting or submitting to this OSDT in boxing other than Mayweather. NO ONE, NADA.

With proposals on who will be next to fight Pacquiao next year, Juan Manuel Marquez, Andre Berto, or Shane Mosley, they would gladly fight Pac with urine testing as required by the state boxing commission.
