cotto will be there to watch the chavez jr fight and i am going to give him and his advisor two options, either they can fight chavez jr in march,or he can fight margarito in june with chavez vs foreman being the double header and then cotto vs chavez at the end of the year if they both come out victorious, WHAT SHOULD COTTO DO?
Margarito is the better payday first of all. Chavez has a size advantage and Roach behind him; Margarito's style presents problems but Cotto has now seen he is not invincible and Steward will help his boxing technique and confidence to allow him to get the win. If Chavez Jr. impresses, then he can fight Cotto next.
Defeat Margarito first, get him out of the way and then focus on finishing his career on a high. Chavez might be with Roach but it still took pac 11-12 rounds....could Chavez pull it off?
june is a bit to long but he should definitely fight in feb/march then margarito in june,waiting all the way till june is almost a year layoff for someone who only plans on boxing for 1 more year
get Maragarito as soon as possible. That mans face will never be the same. Cotto will mangle his face again without his concrete gloves margo has no chance.
He should do more or less what he did last time (and what pac did) quick strikes in and out, and instead of wasting energy dancing around, he shoud fkn CLINCH! hope Steward has a good game plan for this, because this win would mean a lot for Cotto.
Margo is the best option -Chance to redeem himself -More Money to make -More easy to hype: Good VS Evil / Revenge -Chavez Jr is still too green (double header is interesting Chavez Jr VS Foreman) -Cotto can fight winner Foreman VS Chavez (then it would be meaningful)
