I know the fact that Arum is a lying scum is common knowledge... but before Taylor-Pavlik, he said that he wanted Pavlik to only fight on non pay-per-view and network tv. Now, he's hinting strongly that Taylor-Pavlik II will be pay-per-view.

Of course it will, the first fight was the most exciting middlewieght fight I ever seen live. I dont like PPV much either, but if any fight should be its this one.

I know, and it also got great numbers for a boxing match (2.1 million live viewers, 3 million viewers including on demand). Still, doesn't make Arum any less of a liar.

I dont think it was Arum, as much as it was HBO and all the parties involved that wanted it on PPV. I sad as it sounds, but if im Taylor im trying to get as much money as i can now, cause dem big paydays that come with being champ wont always be there.

It's Arum as well. He said that he would "look for an even bigger ppv against Hopkins" if Pavlik wins. I don't blame him for wanting it ppv. I just blame him for being a liar.

Of course it will be PPV, it's money to be made on both sides. It deserves to be on PPV.

You'd be foolish to not make the 2nd fight ppv. You don't know how many new boxing fans were made after the Pavlik-JT fight.

the Pavlik-JT fight was the fight to save boxing, not that no nonsense Mayweather-DLH fight:deal

Thats when Arum thought that his fighter would lose.......naturally he he would want Pavlik to continue to get exposure in non-PPV fights.

.....but now that Pavlik won?:yikes PPV

Take anything Bob Arum says with a chunk of nongranulated salt!:D :yep
