Arum is really trying to force Cotto's hand I see (also ducking Mayweather)

Ego fued between Floyd, GBP, and Bob= Fight of the century.

 

How is he forcing his hand? Cotto's in a pretty solid position at the negotiating table. He's got a massive following of his own which noone - not even Pac or May - would try and challenge by fighting on the same date. He's also got more options than Manny - pretty much anyone at 154 and 147 regardless of the promoter they're with. Arum hasn't got the muscle to force his hand, so I doubt he'd even try to.

Amen. They need Cotto in order to do the type of numbers they desire to do. They can figure out what they need to figure out on their own. Without one of the two huge draws in the sport, Manny and Arum will struggle to do subpar numbers. The Marquez fight aint gonna sell like the last one did. The Bradley fight may sell more than the last one did because Manny's fans want to see him avenge his loss but it could also tank again. Miguel Cotto and Floyd Mayweather did 1.5 so Bob and Manny want that. They don't want to fight Cotto straight up at 154 and Mayweather is out of the question. Bob And Manny have painted themselves into a corner. I think Miguel Cotto should tell them to go **** themselves and if they want to go head to head, I don't think that Cotto will be affected by these greedy ****s trying to slurp the market instead of creating their own.

Cotto has his confidence back,as well as won't go down in weight... Even if Manny wins it is still an exciting fight and will be much harder than last time.. With Joel Diaz in his corner he has gone back to the drawing board.. He needed to avenge Margarito to get the old Cotto back..
