5 pages based on what? Where's the source that states Pacquiao doesn't want testing? The demands are money money money, Marquez could care less about testing

 

This - usually it's the guy who preaches out loud is the guiltiest of all. i'm not saying he's on anything but he's as likely as the next guy - with Floyd it makes the most sense.

He fights once a year, sometimes longer - everyone knows during inactivity he's in the gym. What a perfect time to juice - Floyd isn't demanding all year round testing is he? 365 days a year - unlike Nonito Donaire, now there's a man making a difference without shouting it from the rooftops!...anyone who knows anything about PEDs in sport knows that his testing demands 2-3 months before a fight mean absolutely nothing if you are taking PEDs with proper advice and maximising their use , it's the months and months of use before hand where they have an effect

Everyone also knows during inactivity all Pacquiao does is play basketball, hardly the optimal exercise to make full potential of PEDs use...if Pacquiao took them only during camp the effects would range from none to negligible - it would hardly be worth the risk, that's an absolute FACT

The biggest indicator is what the poster above says - as soon as Pacquiao's lawyers demanded all of Mayweather's USADA documentation including results

- Mayweather's lawyers stalled, delayed and didn't produce anything
- The USADA filed a motion to give them the right to keep all of Floyd Mayweather's records classified even if they were relevant to legal proceedings
- During this waiting period Mayweather announced a settlement with Pacquiao, releasing a statement saying he never meant to accuse Pacquiao and that Pacquiao was a great champion

Those USADA documents on Mayweather were never disclosed LOL
