Do you kids know how Arum works yet?

"Hey, we wanna fight mayweather, media come pay attention"

"oh, he pussed out again, surprise!!! well, since you're all here, we'd like to announce manny pacquiao is fighting Chavez Jr!!!!"

Arum knows floyd is too scared of Pacquiao to fight him, he's just gonna use the fight that is never going to happen for media attention.

The only way this fight will ever happen is if Manny agrees to full OSDT random up until the day of fight. Floyd's not gonna budge, and would look like a clown for budging on his hard stance after the Mosley fight (not that looking like a clown should concern him considering his out of ring antics).

I doubt this fight will ever happen, Arum just uses it to create buzz for Pac without any intention of changing their stance in negotiations and knowing damn well that the fight ain't gonna be made unless they do.

Team Pac agreeing to tests is the only way and I doubt they will.

Just like with the Obama-Birth Certificate situation, the reasoning is irrelevant. If you've got nothing to hide, why not just take the test?

Because its clearly not about tests. Its about gaining a mental edge and getting into the opponent's head. Pacquiao isn't falling for it.

Forget promotors, trainers, previous fights, blood tests, everything....the bottom line is floyd needs the fight...pacquiao needs the fight...boxing needs this fight therefore it WILL happen, so you can all bicker all you want but when it is finalised everyone will have a big smile on there faces...bet that

I think that there might be some truth to this. Arum has been quick to make in-house fight that would make him a lot of money, but now he's running out of major, high paying opponents. He's probably ready to put Pac in with Floyd now..
