Dude. Pacquiao can hardly be called a welterweight because of his weight. On the other hand Mayweather, who has grow a lot bigger, could even honor his catch weight of 144 with Marquez. That 145 lbs didn't affect Cotto. NOT TO MENTION MAYWEATHER DUCKED PACQUIAO BY GOING TO A "VACATION". Atleast Pacquiao is fighting someone.
