If an upcoming or comebacking fighter isn't quite ready to fight the top fighter in the game (well, back then, not now) does that mean he can't be ready later? IF Calzaghe had called out Pavlik in 03 and it was refused (this is fictional) does that mean Pav can never challenge him?
