The thread title is a little misleading, don't you think? Arum only said that he believes Garcia is one of the best p4p fighters in the world right now...and Mikey basically said that he was open to fighting Pacman down the road, but that he wanted to unify at 130, then test the water at 135 or 140 first. I know that I'm the only guy on the site that defends promoters, but I really don't think he's trying to force feed mismatches to the public. He's running desperately short on quality opponents for his prize stallions, so he obviously wants to keep them from moving to another stable(please excuse the horse references) anytime soon. He accomplishes this by using the old "carrot on a stick" approach. Pretty standard...
