    This is what most Floyd fans keep on saying that Arum was their excuse or reason that prevented the Floyd-Pac from happening. wow, golly, is Arum being used as scapegoat here? he is not the one fighting actually, he's only the promoter. For *******s, the blame should rest on Floyd shoulders, too many excuses and roadblocks to go around.

    its best to use Arum as the scapegoat.... i'd rather place the blame on the lousy promoter than try to figure out which fighter is truly holding out... way too much of this going on for the past 2 yrs on ESB...

    Arum negotiates Manny Pac's fights. Pac is contractually obligated to fight whomever Arum chooses.

    Check the post fight JMM-Pac 3 interview for source on Arum claiming they don't want the fight.

    Note-Pacquiao consistently says it's "up to his bromoter, Arum"
