Arum on gamboa/lopez "You gotta wait for the cake to bake"

The problem is that for the most part this fight will never generate all that much hype with the casual sports fan. They are too small and Gamboa doesn't have the ethnic support that JML has. Only Lopez can get more popular.

 

It won't generate the kind of huge sales we've seen lately.. But there is definitely a huge group who will pay and support these guys. They both love to fight, are extremely talented, posess supreme athletically ability that seperate them from the Pack.. Beat up John, and Caballero (even though he ****ed up) you set up the fight.. But yea there isn't but a fight or two til it reaches it's peak..

 

You people that are agreeing with Arum are duped.
Is anyone who doesn't know who Yuriorkis Gamboa is, going to know after the Solis fight?
Did anyone who didn't know the name Juan Manuel Lopez, suddenly know it after beating Bernabe Concepcion?
It's BS. They're as big as they're going to get and Arum is playing the fans with this line in order to squeeze a few more purse percentages and fees out of a couple of cash cows.
