"Until next week, I can't reveal all the details, but you'll definitely be pleasantly surprised. Lomachenko will be back in early November, and with him will be Brandon Rios," - Arum @ the scene.

Could it be Rigo? Could it be Walters? Could it even be Gamboa at 130lbs?

Either way, we'll be pleasantly surprised :thumbsup

    Vetyeka or Donaire I'm guessing.

Donaire is supposedly being lined up for a November showdown against Scott Quigg though.

Gradovich and Loma share the same manager (Egis Klimas) and I'd be surprised if he was keen on sticking them in with each other, especially when only one of them has a strap.

I wrote that I wanted to see Loma vs Grodovich the other day, and I might get it, now hopefully Arum's people read my Gvozdyk thread.:yep

Vetyeka would be my guess- and that wouldn't be a bad fight.

Vetyeka isn't bad at all, but he isn't Rigondeaux.

Do you think Klimas would welcome that match up at this point in time though? I know there was talk of Loma and Gradovich squaring off against each other a while back but Gradovich had a strap then and Loma had already made his intentions clear about wanting to unify all the belts at 126. Also Gradovich is coming off a loss so would he be up for risking taking another L against an opponent who is much better than the guy who just gave him his first one and who he stands even less chance of beating? I'm not saying it won't happen just that I'd be surprised if it did.

Arum is a snake and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

Oh, is everyone pleasantly surprised if they hear Vetyeka, Gradovich or Donaire?
Meh...Vasyl's too good to grace them with his presence in the ring. None of them even hold an ABC title..?

Out of those I'd rather him face Donaire, that'd be an interesting stylistic match up, I used to think Gradovich poses him problems but after the Selby fight, I don't think so anymore, think it will be fairly one sided. Simwipe would be okay as well.

I'm wondering maybe he should just get in the ring with Walters though.

I would be pleasantly surprised by any of the several names being floated around on this thread. But I also seem to be one of few realists as to whom Lomachenko has beaten in his career as those of you saying Vetyeka doesn't meet Arum's criteria must be drowning in a sea of quaaludes.
