I beg to differ. Zab won no more than 3 rounds in that fight and PBF was never hurt not to mention Zab was ready to go that's why he low blowed PBF in the first place. While Cotto was hurt and had to low blow Zab to buy some time. The bottomline is Cotto took more damage from Zab than PBF in their fight.:deal

    Arguably.

Both fighters had a bit of difficulty in the beginning, over came it, then dominated. Personally, Floyd's breakdown and domination of Zab FOR ME was more impressive than Cotto's. I can even remember coming into the play by play thread for Cotto-Judah and saying some stupid comment after 4th "glass and dirty" (based on the heat of the emotion at the time), so clearly he wasn't being THAT impressive up until that point.

Cotto DID stop him in the 11th, but Floyd also got the most blatant low blow in the history of the sport (rather than GIVING one or two to Judah)... in the TENTH. Floyd had taken SOO much control of that fight that it seemed pretty damn clear to me that Zab was looking for a way out.

If not for that low blow (and the subsequent time recovery), I doubt Zab would have made the final bell.

But again, to each his own. I'm sure there are MANY MANY people who rate Cotto's destruction of Judah as better than Mayweather's. A lot of it is due to favouring certain styles.

Cotto is so predictable, that's why a belt hoder like Quintana dominated him, and an ATG like Mosley took him to school. :rofl :rofl

JLC is the best pressure fighter of his era period.
Cotto fights at a more slow pace and that will spell trouble against PBF when you give him time he will pick you apart.

But Judah still gave PBF a harder fight than Cotto?

    Totally agree brother.

I have a bias to Cotto's style, and his destruction of Zab was far more impressive.

funny how cotto threw the low blow 45 seconds after being hurt, shouldn't the pain have worn off?

he did low blow judah, but not because he was hurt but because he wanted to hurt judah:yep

your a :nut riot...Mosley is 37 years old and hasnt been himself for years whereas Hatton is a prime p4p fighter of course it was better....itsnot who you beat itswhen you beat them and he is far off from his prime.

As I said you know very little dude and run round questions with more questions like a child who left his cheat sheet home.

You emphasized speed...I emphasized styles if you would actually read and stop checkin to see if someone replied to one of your posts....reading comprehension isnt one of your strong points.

Zab only won 2 rounds against Cotto at best. Round 1 and maybe the 7th. Every other round, Cotto was whooping his ass.
