Arum on the potential Pacquiao-Cotto fight.......

Good suggestion on Valero instead. Pac-Cotto won't happen this year, I think Arum is merely using this as a bartering tool.

 

I think you could be right.
Put it this way its a strong possibility that Mayweather would outbox Pac rather than KO him. There is a stronger possibility that he would get KTFO by Cotto.

 

If Arum is setting up Cotto, that means Freddie thinks he can beat Cotto.........which means he already see's a weakness.

and yeah if Cotto is training himself, he is already in trouble for Clottey.

 

I think the only reason Arum is pushing Pac-Cotto so much is because Cotto is extremely pissed at how Arum is defending Margo, and Arum is using Pac as a bargaining chip to get Cotto to stay with Top Rank.

 

I actually agree with you and the other poster who said Cotto maybe a more dangerous fight for Pac than Floyd.

Cotto destroys fighters. I am yet to see a fighter who fought Cotto whose face was not rearranged. Even Margarito absorbed a severe punishment from Cotto.
