My thought as A fan of boxing and Floyd..

Floyd wants it May 1 and Pac wants it March 13...MEET IN THE MIDDLE...DO IT ON APRIL 4TH...

I think this is the only way to get this fight made before Pac runs for elections and all that....Floyd moves to an earlier date and Pac takes a later one...

I wish it were that easy at least so this fight can be made and the fans will have something to look forward to in the best fighting the 2nd best

Why not? PAC is fighting a tune up with a lot of perks for his legacy. Anther title in a higher weight class making it 8 titles in 8 different weight classes. It's more of a challenge than JMM or Hatton at 147! We all saw how JMM looked at 147...he'd get smashed if he faught this verson of PAC at 147. Hatton......he needs a tune up not a brisk workout. Well....Yuri is by FAARRRR a better fighter than Matt Hatton....but that is a nice tune up for Floyd too. Just b/c PAC faught at 147...within the WW limit doesn't mean he didn't be the WBO WW Champion.

Rematch???? They already had a rematch after JMM got a gift draw based on a judges mistake. So you are talking about a rubber match? No? A thrid match against a guy who has been clearly on the decline....seen when he faught Jauan Diaz and Casa! At 135!!!! When he stepped up 2 classes to face FLoyd, JMM was already on the slide and not to mention JMM doesn't belong anywhere near 140 or above. He's slower, older, on the slide, not acclimated to the wieght and fails to carry up the speed, power and reflexes up with him at anything above 140.

So yea....I'm serious homeboy. JMM at 140 or 145 or 147 is a ****ing TUNE UP with JMM.

Has Mayweather stated why he would't want to fight in March? I would think this would work to his advantage. He would have more rest and wasn't in a physical fight with JMM. Even thought Paq won most of the rounds with Cotto it was a tuff fight. I would think Mayweather would jump all over this oppurtunity.
