Not exactly. Arum apparently gets 27%, if you believe what the *****s report. Probably BS, anyway of this cut that goes to Arum Golden Boy were supposed to get 20% if I remember right. So Pac is not giving GBP anything, they are stealing from Arum. However, if Pac's old deal has finished, the GBP money robbing has probably been put to an end. Which might be why they are suing Arum, in desperation to get their filthy hands on more of Pac's money.

I think that's how it works. As far as tax goes I have no idea whether Pac pays the 50% of the 25mill(+ PPV upside) to the IRS, and Freddie gets his cut tax free or if his cut is taken off Manny's final purse before it's given to Pac and Freddie pays the tax and is left with half his %.
