Arum: "Pacquiao-Cotto possible later this year."

The Forbes fight was closer than the cards indicated...Oscar struggled in that fight. PBF vs Oscar should not have been a SD...I thought PBF won that fight clearly...it should have been a unanimous decision. BTW Oscar was not in his peak against Pac-man...infact he hasn't been in his peak in over 5 years.

 

Never said he was, but this was still a guy who went SD with PBF and beat Forbes more handily than Berto did and a FW comes up to WW to give him the biggest beat down of his life. Credit where credit is due, tired of people's excuses AFTER the fight. I've never taken digs at people who said something about it before the fight.

 

It's an attempt to rationalize the idea of such a smaller guy beating down ODLH...teh concept in hindsight is baffling yet buyable

 

yep. Some delusional people are still writing that Pac would have no chance against a prime Oscar, that he would get obliterated.

I don't know how blind these people are. I mean they'd have you think Oscar fought with cancer 10 minutes after undergoing chemotherapy.

i predict pacquiao will probably smash cotto. most probably drop him in the 3rd and 4th rounds. the ref will probably stop the fight in the 12 after pacquiao walks him down and bashes a defenceless cotto.
