    Arum is trying to keep Valero's name out there with "potential" matches against the top guys.

    But thats all he is doing is keeping the names out there. its to create the notion that Valero belongs with those names. Then he will blame somebody else for those fights not happening, like he tried to do with Shaw.

    Trust me when I tell you Valero is NOT fighting another top fighter this entire year.
