    The sad truth is Arum is blowing smoke up Rios ass, he will meet the same fait as Paul Williams and Kirkland he won't last when he moves up to 140 because he won't have that 20 pound weight advantage, and leaky Defense will get exposed.

    Rios career ends when gets hit by big punchers like maidana and Mattysse cause he can't avoid a punch to save his life.

    if Devon Alexander where to still be at 140 i could tottally see Arum putting rios in with Alexander. But Bob is going to groom rios for the lost to pacquaio. he is going to make more excuses for pacquaio not to fight mayweather and then rios and pacquaio fight. Of course pacquaio wins cause Rios is made to order for pacquaio.

    Tough guys don't last long, and Garcia doesn't seem to focus on defense in his gym, Paul, diaz and Kirkland were all tough guys.

    he needs to take one step at a time and see the weigh gain effects. 140 should be fine for him right now.

    Rios had to strip to make the last weigh in. He's gonna have to move up eventually. I wouldn't mind seeing a Pacquiao Rios fight at 140. After Mayweather of course.
