He will if he's offered good enough money for it. Let's face it, Marquez knows he has one or two(at most) fights left in him before retirement. He won't pass on a serious payday against Pacquiao when he has no other options. Personally, I want to see a fifth fight, Pacquiao gave him enough shots now it's time for Marquez to do the same.

well u one of the few that one to see it, most people dont. and u say it wont turn down a payday but he already did to fight bradley. talk about him fighting bradley in a rematch means he turned it down twice. its not happening, that seris is over.

what u do want> for Pac to win and fight a 6th time :huh:huh

its a wrap. Pac vs TBA is disgusting for an ATG

From fighting Canelo to fighting Khan ? It's a downgrade.

He' gonna fight MArquez, then Bradley, then Alvarado if he beats Rios. Then retire because Bob is out of welterweights.

He turned it down for Bradley only to lose and be in the terrible position he's in which should, if Bradley doesn't rematch him, open doors for a fifth Pacquiao fight.

An ATG isn't allowed consider opponents and replace the TBA with an actual name? :nut

Its not a terrible postion, he can retire one of the best mexican fighters ever. KO6 is in boxing history.

Fill in the TBA with Arum's 3 options i posted at begining then you go :hi:

For sure JMM would fight Pac.
But he gets the bigger chunk of the money.

And they dont want to give it to him.
    So , no fight.

The only reason he is #1 is because he fought the most popular fighter in Mexico with a built in fan base.

On his own, Floyd did like 900k for Guerrero. If he fights anyone besides Pacquaio that is the best he is going to do. Maidana would do the same amount of buys. A Khan fight would sell probably well in GB for the live gate but I doubt it would do well on PPV. Khan is not a marketable opponent.

I'd say they both need each other, although Floyd doesn't care because he has a guaranteed contract from Showtime. I will also say this, if PPV go to $70, he will probably do less PPV buys than Guerrero (Assuming he fights someone other than Pacquaio).

Because the one with no loss doesn't have the balls to lace on his gloves in the ring with PAC. Neither the *****S are beating up the drum to encourage their god, so, yes, whoever is available and man enough to fight in the ring not in the media will definitely be his next opponent. :hat

I dont think Arum is really looking at Ruslan as an option even though he might say he is.
In Mayweather and Marquez you're looking at upwards of 1.5 million in PPV sales.
A Ruslan fight is'nt going to outsell Pacquiao's latest fight with Rios that just did poor sales.

Not looking good for Pacquiao as Marquez is going to have to be offered parity for him to budge on not fighting Pacquiao again.

It would'nt even take Marquez getting the bigger chunk.

What it would take is Marquez getting well above what he's been getting paid to to exhibit his skills in these Pacquiao fights.

What they've been offering Marquez to lure him back for a 5th Pacquiao fight is in the proximity of 10 million.
10 million while Pacquiao pockets 40 million.
75/25 is not reasonable at any stage of their 4 fight series, much less now that Marquez KHTFO!

I think its going to take offering Marquez upwards of a 20 million guarantee with PPV upside money for every sale over 1 million ppv.

At this point I dont think Pacquiao is willing to concede his part of the guarantee which I would think would be in the range of 30 million plus PPV upside.
If he wants a 5th Marquez fight he has to accept equal shares of 20 million a piece guarantee and hype up the fight bigtime and hope to generate well over 1.5 million ppv so that he can benefit from the upside money.
What they're doing now is throwing peanuts at Marquez, offering just a little more than what he made for the 4th fight.:nut

I believe Pacquaio would retire Marquez in the fifth fight. I'm no ******* either. The fight would sell but it will be hard to come to terms. Marquez holds the trump card with the KO and doesn't want to let it go.

Bradley-Pac I'm not sure is PPV worthy. Bradley does not have a huge fanbase although the revenge factor would be a good storyline.

Ditto for Provo-Pac. Provo doesn't have a big fanbase so it is unlikely the PPV would sell all that much.

Now maybe if Arum put together a solid undercard these fights would do better. But fat chance in hell of that happening.
