    No. But the article is very telling. At the very least Golovkin was negotiating with Brook since last week.

    Like I care what arum thinks about the best welterweight fighting the best middleweight for his belts at 160, not at some bs catchweight.

    Arum is sour that Brook took the bigger payday and the much higher risk option.

    Risk is so high that nobody would think less of him if he gets KTFO inside a couple of rounds, while any kind of loss to vargas would be a huge setback for Brooks career. He took a page out of the Khan book.

    From what I read, Vargas was getting the bigger purse. I don't have a problem with Brook taking the career high payday instead.

    We are all shocked. No one was expecting him to go from making a fight with Vargas at 147 to one with GGG at 160. It seems like he might be trying to compete with Khan as far as who can be the best highlight reel for the bigger fighter.

    GGG deserves criticism for entertaining such a fight, at 160 especially. But, that's the part that isn't surprising.

    Arum is just ****ed that he isn't in control , typical promoter *****ing about losing money .

    Better and more interesting fight has been made.
