No, because Dzindruk at least came to fight, and it made Martinez look good, style wise. Narvaez made Donaire fall asleep. :deal
def a real bad look for Donaire, anyone that had him top 5 p4p has to reconsider and drop him down to the bottom 3 of the top 10 at best. a top 5 p4p fighter woulda destroyed Narvaez
That's not what I mean. I'm talking about the fight itself as a paper. You said Donaire-Narvaez fight was bulsh*t cause Narvaez came up from lower weight class challenging Donaire. Although Martinez did better against Dzinziruk than Donaire against Narvaez those were just both ways done in the same scenario. Don't you think?
Sell him out? What moron didn't know this was a tune up fight? The guy who hasn't fought for 9 months? They gave him a very good fighter that was a weight class down from him but an undefeated champ. To bad the guy didn't show up to fight. This is the exact same crap Floyd pulled when he came back from a long layoff and fought JMM who was 2 weight class below him. It was a one sided win. No one said **** about that tune up.
Good! Last thing this forum needs is another overhyped pinoy boxer. Can you imagine *******s and Flashtards? OMG, that would be enough to push most of us to MMA.
LOL, there was no danger for Donaire. Hell, I would have preferred a Darchinyan rematch ahead of this. Or even Christian Mijares.
It would have been EXCITING which is the point of this fight anyway. It sure as hell wasnt about TESTING Donaire. Arum wont put him in with Agbecko or Mares or anyone at 118 or 122 who is not with Top Rank, so I guess it's all for nothing. Point is this fight was BS and did not need to happen. The only thing it tested about Doniare was his patience. :deal
