Lets be fair about this. The second round of negotiations that happened through HBO ended up having Floyd's side say they never occurred and he was on vacation. Why should Arum negotiate again until he knows Floyd is in the loop? Waste of time otherwise. This one is actually pretty clear. Oscar was off giving interviews claiming it was almost a done deal during this time so NOW we are supposed to believe Oscar and Schaefer at the guys to deal with? Seriously?
