Irrelevant. Guzman won his title from a fighter who won his title in the ring. You discount it bcause the guy he beat won it from a guy who won it vacant. But you want to count Morales's belt from Hernandez who won it vacant? Be consistant.

PBF didn't stop Hernandez (but destroyed him) and he DID stop Chavez.
