Those were great posters and I'm sorry they've left.

Pac fans should be happy that informed fans so misjudged Pac (myself included), because it only serves to illustrate the brilliance of his achievements.

    "informed"

everyone misjudges fighters from time to time. Alot of fans, informed or not, were unable to properly judge Pac's ability. Some of them were.

dude you don't even know. i don't know if you were around back then but pacdbest was a great poster all around and a VERY informed pac fan. he made bold predictions, took some heat, left but in the end he was a brilliant analyst. a lot of the posters who trashed him are gone now...some quite suddenly

as usual, its the expert-wannabe gang of amsterdam, huki, KG and brooklyn that got owned again. They are totally informed when it comes to boxing and its history but they just don't have the ability to size up and judge a fighter's capabilities. They were totally wrong hyping up certain boxers that ended up in ESB's list of overrated fighters that comes short of expectations. Weren't these guys saying gamboa and guzman are the future of boxing and that a match between these two would be the fight of the century lol. they are also the frontrunners of the christian mijares express and downplayed other boxers in the same division like darchinyan and donaire as mere stepping stones for the supernatural phenom lol. Weren't they also hyping up Kessler as the future of the supermiddleweight and light heavyweight category, all the while bombarding esb with larger than life description of kessler's amazing skills, power, and that unavoidable 1-2 best punch combo in boxing? lol. Then weren't this same gang hyping juan diaz as the guy who would beat Pacquiao to the ground, that juan diaz is an A-skilled boxer while pacquiao has no boxing skill nor power to answer Diaz? then when diaz got beaten by campbell, this same gang hyped him to the core as the slickest boxer at 135 whom pacquiao will not hurt nor have a chance to beat? lol. For a while, ESb actually rode this gang's bandwagon and nuthugged mijares, kessler, campbell, and Juan diaz. Thanks to the ever-reasonable *******s for combatting thier hype or else ESB would have gone to the dogs lol. But seriously, it is this same gang who hypes past fighters to the core and gave us numerous fantasy fights between modern and past fighters wherein modern fighters always tend to lose and in embarrasing fashion lol. and what is their basis for the assessment?--fight videos of the past that they have collected, and based on the performances, they claim to accurately judge how fantasy fights would turn out. The question is, If they can't even assess properly and judge correctly the capabilities of modern fighters against each other head to head, how much more accurate can they get when it comes to judging past and modern fighters

    He didnt leave.

He told me that one day, he suddenly just couldnt log on ESB anymore.

Like he was banned or something.

Maybe someone messed around with his password or something like that.

He would like to come back here but he cant.

I myself thought that all these things were nearly impossible, and it could not be done.

Although, of course, I would still be rooting for MP, win or lose.

I guess PacD made a believer out of me.
