I haven't heard of any confirmation of that from mayweather's camp. Dan raphael called it "nonsense". But perhaps there is some other sourced info out there.

He recently lost two guys to fighters associated with GBP, don't expect him to put his main man in a huge risk as well. I hope you remember Pavlik/Hopkins and Mosley/Concreto, both were considered "tune ups" for bigger fights to come and you remember what happened and what Arum had to do to put them back on the scene, he's still struggling with Kelly "The trailerpark motivator" Pavlik.

These news about PBF's or Pac's team getting into some negotiations with another fighter are all BS. They know where the money is, and will not sacrifice it for a senseless fight.

According to what people have been saying. Roach said he needs more time to prepare for Floyd's style and that Manny needs more time to recover from his fight with Cotto. How is it a hilarious excuse? It's as honest an excuse you can get. I don't find it hilarious. Roach is conceding that Mayweather is a tough opponent and they need time to prepare and recover. If the fight doesn't happen in March, but later next year (Mayweather willing), how the hell is it a duck?
