According to Juanma, one of his next fights will be aagainst the winner of Marquez vs Vazquez. He said that Arum told him:

“De Celestino Caballero, Bob Arum me dijo que no vuelva a mencionarlo... que le pregunten a él (Arum). Que ese tipo no vale la pena. Que no es un buen negocio, que no lo vuelva a mencionar”

Basically Arum told him do not mention him again, he is not worth it, its not a good business to fight him.

Why the **** not? Caballero has 2 world title WBA-IBF and is ranked # 2 Jr. Featherweight in the world. I dont think vazquez will fight lopez right away. I think he will take an easy fight first then take on lopez. Lopez can take on caballero then fight vazquez for his last fight at 122.

Lopez has a chance to become undisputed champ if he can beat caballero and vazquez.

Simply people even know more a Wilfredo Vazquez Jr and even journeyman Jose Juan Beranza than this Caballero guy. Arum simply said if you can make more money fighting bums why fight this guy for peanuts. still i want the match to happens.

Caballero has been on showtime 4 times and upset a highly ranked fighter last time out.

To say that he's not known well is fine. To say that some journeymen are more well known than him is not.

Good idea. Ortiz will learn from this and still have a good career.

like Klitchko before the lewis fight was considered a quitter too!

It makes sense. Cabellero can box, and it's not clear if Juan is ready for him.

Against a guy like Vasquez, Lopez will have the speed, the youth, and maybe the power, and not to mention that Vasquez may have lost a step.

Against Cabellero, we may have another Ortiz like situation.

Maybe but Caballero is looking weaker and weaker at that weight so He can be in trouble too.
