Pac and his handlers ran away from Chi after making all that fuss about fighting in Macau..

Agapito Sanchez nearly had pacman in tears and wanting to call NO MAS..

In Jin Chi is like a Sanchez on PCP so what do u think would have happened to Pacman?

They knew better and decided to duck him..

Chi moved to K-1 after receiving a million dollar contract. Even k-1 wanted him...

Did Pacman ever get a call from K-1???? I dont think so.

Still, Valero isn't established enough. He has to fight at least ONE big name at LW before even mentioning JMM's name.

How can someone who's virtually unknown in the US having only one fight at LW agaisnt a gatekeeper challenge The #2 P4P fighter in the world? :patsch

the problem with valero is that jmm, hatton and pac are at the tail end of their prime fighting years.

unless he gets bankable names on his resume, he will always remain as a fighter with potential without the bragging rights to with it. the young fighters or at least the established fighters in the 135-140 range are in difficult positions nowadays. baby bull diaz who was supposedly the young lion has been beaten twice.

old man nate is still an old man. guzman, oh the ****, where the hell is guzman. hold bradley are there but do they bring in the cash.

nope, not in the way pac, em or mab does. as try as we might, no jmm is not really that bankable a superstar.

Bob Arum is his promoter and he controls Pac as well. You know Arum will prevent JMM from fighting Pac because a loss could really derail all the big fights Top Rank has lined up for Manny. There's still Mayweather and Cotto out there in terms of megamoney fights. Marquez can't compete with that and should resign himself to facing Valero and cleaning out 135.

Maybe if Hatton destroys Pac then JMM may have an outside shot at getting that big name fight he wants. That depends on whether PBF will swoop in and agree to a rematch with Hatton right afterwards.

I never said one shot would do it! Marquez is a tougher fight for Valero than Pac is though. I want Valero to get a big name like JMM, but I also feel JMM should get Pac next because JMM just beat a good, young, hungry fighter and Pac just fought 2 punching bags. I don't see that JMM needs to beat another fighter before fighting Pac again even though I would love to see Valero get a big name. Best scenario is JMM/Pac winner fights Valero, while Valero fights a very good 135 or 140 fighter this summer.:rasta

Let's call it as it is...

This FINITO is living in his own world, quite typical of delusional fanboys when their favorite idol is smashed. He's utterly convinced himself of Juan Manuel Marquez's "victories" over Manny Pacquiao in this dreamworld of his, unwilling to face the harsh reality that his idol was lucky to escape with a draw in the first fight because of a judging error, and didn't do enough to win the second fight. Not able to face the fact that his hero was sent to the canvas FOUR times, wobbled and hurt badly, he builds this fake alternate reality outcome of JMM "kicking Pacman's ass" only to soothe his own butt hurt.

This of course stems from the fact that Manny beat all of his other Mexican heros as well. And this all boils down to the obvious reason why he's nuthugging Valero, because he's a Spanish fighter that Finito not just hopes, but PRAYS that someday he will beat Pac, despite Valero not showing any of the technical skills needed to accomplish such a feat.

Finito is a fragile individual that pours excessive idolization, maybe because he doubts himself as a man. Just look at his reaction after Margarito-Mosley. Stayed clear like a hurt, scared ***** for several days. Mosley destroyed his idol, broke his heart, probably made him cry.

Now he's putting another idol, in Valero, on a pedestal that will come crashing down yet again when this new idol loses, especially to Manny Pacquiao. And then he will run away like a scared little ***** again.
