They agreed to the venue, but they never said anything about a May 5th 2012 date. You cant' just say,"yea I'm fighting you on May 5th 2012" without telling the opponent.

 

I also see it as Mayweather trying to dumb down the JMM fight knowing the entire world wants to see them go at it and not JMM.

What contract? Both parties have to draw a contract. One person can't just make up the contract. And the old contract is null and void. They need a new contract.

 

After the Marquez fight and when Pacquiao takes May's bluff, we will soon hear another story/demand from May.:yep
