what makes you say that? Cause Floyd and Golden Boy signed a deal with the MGM grand for Floyd to fight on May 5th without even negotiating with Pac and Arum?

If Mayweather was serious about fighting Pac he wouldn't have signed a contract with Golden Boy to fight on one of their cards at the MGM grand before even negotiating with Pac.

He never intended to fight Pac on May 5th anyways. Regardless of what he said, actions speak louder than words.
