The countdown was just plain ******ed and childish, PBF had his own clock going with the court system . . . he boxed himself in that corner. But pick the best date and best venue to back himself into. I think he made a great business choice given the great numbers the fight did:deal

Yeah Philla is pathetic. Let's not mention Margarito and Clottey and Cotto. Philla can only see things one sided. It's weird seeing him back btw. Been gone for a while since JMM and Bradley.

you guys are hilarious one second it's the same **** then I call you out on it and all of a sudden it's different.

Mayweather did great numbers. He knew he would and when he signed that contract he had no intention of fighting Pac on that date in that venue.

    This is too funny!

You're not fooling anybody...You were with the other stans on how Floyd was scared because he didnt answer to the countdown.

But now when Floyd reserves a date, and venue in good faith of fighting Manny, he gets **** for it by Pac stans.:rofl

Arum had an arrangement with the court so he could fight on that date and stay out of jail? Yup its exactly the same thing:patsch

Point is Best date+ best venue = best results Thats why Pac fought all his big fights at the MGM and fought SSM and Hatton (two none Mexicans) on may 5th weekend

Why not? Pac would probably be an easier fight than Cotto.

If they did not take the May 5th date, do you believe Arum would have taken the date? Do you believe Arum would have made an honest effort to make the Mayweather/Pac fight on May 5th had he booked the date and venue himself?

I believe securing the site and attempting to negotiate with Pacquiao was far more of an effort than you would have seen if Top Rank booked the venue. Do you agree or disagree?

Do you honestly believe Floyd Mayweather Jr. will sign to fight on a Top Rank card if he were to fight Pacquiao?
