Who cares? Most established fighters have been pros for years.

 

Pacquiao wouldn't get respect for beeating a "young, hungry" fighter anyway. Put him in with a guy like Bradley, Alexander, Berto etc., and they would all get absolutely destroyed. No question about it. The only way Pacquiao is in close fights, is when he has enormous disadvantages and these young fighters literally have nothing on him. They aren't faster, they don't hit as hard, they're not bigger than him, they don't box as well. It would be a slaughter, just like what happened when Pacquiao last fought a guy without some massive advantage - Ricky Hatton. I don't think any of these "young, hungry" fighters last more than 5 rounds against Pacquiao and if that did happen, why would he get credit for it? The excuses would be that they were unproven and green, which is pretty much true.

It's just a pointless exercise. A good fight for Pacquiao would be Martinez, who'd have a 20lb+ weight advantage. He is just far too good at this stage for anyone who is the same size.

I dont need boxrec i have followed Pacs career since he beat MAB which by the way was a hell of a win and i will rank it as his best unless he beats PBF.

 

If Arum had any real foresight, he would of attempted to put together a blockbuster PPV that would have featured all four fighters.

Considering that Mosley is a free agent and Berto is seemingly desperate for the big stage, a fight between the two on the undercard would have been a sensible idea. The winner would then be positioned to face the winner of the main event between Pac-JMM.

 

At the right time? He faced them when he was able to. When should he have faced MAB? WHen should he have faced Morales? Explain to me with ALL your wisdom why those fights didn't happen sooner.

This is the fight game son. Anything can happen and the way to test a guy like Pac who is in his prime is not by fighting older legends. Its by beating fresh young guys who go on to become something.

These young ones havent gotten the pajama syndrome alot of the legends have. They are working hard for every buck they make. Thats why a Berto, Alexander, Khan or Bradley fight would be much better than Mosley. Those guys arent collecting paychecks to retire. They are trying to become legends tehmselves so they are gonna go the extra mile to win it.

 

Whats the ****ing problem with jmm proving he can last against a legit welter? A legit welter who has never beaten anyone of substance I might add. Berto is WAY too much for jmm to deal with, but jmm is just supposed to jump up to 147, face pac and do great????? Give it a rest. After old man mosley pacs gonna either take on berto or jmm, why not have them face each other and save us the trouble?

May I remind u 147 is almost completely cleared out? All that's left is berto and some retired dude not worth mentioning right now. Pac is gonna clean the whole ****ing place out with in a year, he can't beat everyone at once. Let them fight, and pac can face the winner. And if he gets passed them maybe bradley/alex/khan/, whoever PROVES themselves to be the best opponent. He only has a few fights left, he simply can't face every dude you have a wet dream about.

 

The problem is that Arum is a ****ing hypocrit...Arum sure as hell didnt tell Margorito, Clottey, or Mosley to fight somebody else before they fought Manny...I understand that 147 isnt JMM place but whats wrong with a catchweight??? Manny sure can ask his other opponents for a catchweight so why not make this fight at a catchweight just like his previous opponents???
