Vs Jmm, Pac has everything to lose and nothing go gain from that fight. If Pac were to lose. Casual fans who are not fanatics. That don't understand that styles make fights, will wonder how the hell could Pac go around beating up big guys like Margarito. Then go and lose to a small guy like Marquez. If Pac beats up Marquez then non fanatics wouldn't give him as much credit for the same reasoning.

Arum don't care if JMM can hang at WW personally. What he cares about is Pac's image vs facing a guy like Marquez after they built him up as a giant killer.

Has anyone noticed of all the **** Arum is telling Berto, Alexander, Bradley and JMM all the **** they need to do and all the hoops they need to go through to get a fight with Pacquiao, yet here is what his previous 4 opponents did to get a fight with Pacquiao:

Hatton had to get KO'd by Floyd and look GOD AWFUL versus Lascano and beat "Pillow Paws" Malignaggi

Cotto had to survive in defending his PAPER TITLE (that he got from beating an UNRANKED Jennings) versus Clottey

Clottey gave Cotto a gift with his complete lack of activity in the last 2 rounds of the fight.

Margarito had to get KTFO, then lose his License...Magically gets reinstated a month prior to the fight.

And now Shane Mosley has to nearly tip the age of 40, get dominated in one fight and get a shitty draw versus a former reality show boxer.

Arum is just....Hell I can't even find the words to describe this Mutha'fuka!!!

What kind of question is that? You know he isn't. But why jump ship from a promoter who is getting his guys fights? Maybe JMM should ditch GBP? Maybe Berto should drop Al Haymon? Arum deserves his part of the blame, but you guys give him AL the blame when he's doing the same thing GBP is doing, or the opposoite of what Haymon is doing with this fighters, protecting them from one another.

I agree...they shouldn't. Arum knows better than anyone that styles make fights. Putting JMM against a young lion like Berto, does not measure whether JMM would be effective against Manny. He has already proven that he would be. It's Berto that is unproven. But, Berto facing a 37 year old LW does not prove he would be effective (or ineffective) against Manny, either.

 

JMM is too easy to hit, I don't think he has the power to stop Berto, Berto is very fast, has good power and likes to bang, JMM tastes the canvas all to often lately. Andre would knock him out in about 6-7 rounds maybe less he's just to big and strong, he'd kill little Dinamita, but if I was Berto & it got me a fight with Pac, i'd take the fight and Knock Juan lil ass out.

Then again if he does dispatch JMM in devastating fasion, what are the odds Arum lets Pac fight him then?

Ultimate ******* status. I can get defending Pac because he makes you moist and wanting but Arum is the one making your boy look like a total cherrypicker. I would hate Arum if i was a Pac fan.

 

Then the fight doesnt happen and JMM gets the Pac fight. So basicaly the loser will get the fight with a whole redemption twist along with Pac having a bad training camp story.

As I said, Arum has said in numerous interviews, let JMM show he can fight above 135. So far he hasn't. That's common sense. But to a ****in idiot like you, you interpret that as defending. You just aren't very intelligent.
