When the other fighter hasn't been there in years? So it isn't technically a catch weight, but it obviously drains the other guy.
For a welterweight, yes, Pac does struggle to add weight in terms of having the real weight of a welterweight. Yes, he did add 6-7 pounds over night. A 148 lb. fight night weight is for lightweights and junior welterweights. Bottom line, Pacquiao is not even a welterweight.
Pac doesn't struggle to add weight. If he wanted to bulk up more he would do it, but he wants to fight at 148/149 on fight night. Pac did not struggle to add weight.
Who knows? All I know is Pac agreed to the test. Only with you and other Pac fans it seems to be a problem despite Pac agreeing to the test.
By struggle, I mean he had to eat more and larger meals than usual. I'm pretty sure his walk around weight is around 155ish. "If he wanted to, he would." -- It's not that he would, he just can't. His natural weightclass right now is JWW. Don't tell me you agree with that ****er who said the DLH fight was at catchweight and the fight should've been at 154.
Pac can add muscle mass if he wanted to. Of course he has to eat bigger meals.. He has to maintain weight... and when you are heavier but still training the same, you are going to burn more calories, thus if you want to stay what weight you are that you gained, you need to eat more.
Depends how Pac eats, and what he gets in his shakes that Ariza makes him. Which help a lot with calories. The DLH fight? I dont think it matters what weight it should of been at, the met at a good weight. Once I saw Pac weighed more than DLH, it didn't matter.
