Ultimately PAC, whether deserved or not, has more victories against Marquez in the series.

So yes I think that it would be fair to say that if PAC won why would there be interest in a rematch?? Especially mainstream interest.

Ultimately PAC could have closed the door on Marquez numerous times. He did not. I feel Marquez owes PAC the opportunity for revenge.

If Marquez walks away and PAC stills wants V I will feel this would diminish marquwz

I'm just not sure how many of the rigid training camps JMM can go through at his age. He was preparing for that last fight for several months...

    Right?

Diminish him so much even tho he would be walking away after a savage KO victory over the Fighter of the Decade.:lol::rofl:rofl:patsch

If JMM wants to go out with a win he might as well face Pacman again(50/50 chance). Against Mayweather his chances are almost 0

    pacquiao is not exactly slow:tong

The puzzle is complete. The mystery of Packie was solved with one vicious overhand right. He is no longer this fearless warrior in peoples minds cause he looked like a little baby laying on that canvass, totally harmless. JMM took all the rough and tough outa his ass. From what I understand, Packie got 26 mil and JMM got 6 mil for tha fight. Now that's some **** he don't need to return to and like I said, all the doubt has been erased. He can tripple that 6 in a fight with Bradley and do better in a fight with Mayweather. The belt is with Bradley but the fight don't generate a very high level of excitment. The Mayweather fight will but the outcome will hold no surprises. Broner is the fight that needs to be made. It offers all the hype for a mega fight and mega bucks.:bbb

Look at all these people so desperately wanting Marquez to retire instead of making the biggest rematch in the sport. I wonder if there is any bias at play .

Are we really going to go through half a year of pretending that this match means nothing and that nobody will care? 1.5 million buys minimum.

The problem is though that they have fought 4 times and many that think Marquez should retire think he won all four fights Or atleast 2 - 3 of them. Also Marquez is nearing 40 and is coming of a massive win some feel it would be a good time to retire and that is understandable.

Also there is many othe great fights that could be made such as against Matthysse, Bradley , Rios , Guerrero , and Garcia.
