No way can he fight in January & then again in March. Nobody fights only 2 months apart anymore. Where did you read this about Arum wanting KP to fight in Jan.???

January is 3 months away on my calendar. I think it's a good idea. Champs should be more active instead of this every 8-10 month stuff. Why not take a soft touch and stay sharp, particularly when you have a kid who may be struggling a bit to make 160. Activity, staying motivated and in shape, would be good things for Pavlik. Take an easy touch in January then come back and hopefully fight Abraham in the spring, but if not that, then take Duddy for a nice payday or a Taylor rematch in April or so. Everything else about Pavlik is old school, why not be more active like an old school champion, too.
