Loma would get no credit for beating Inoue at 126. Haters would say he only beat a smaller fighter just like they said after the Rigo fight.

So Loma is happy to fight the smaller Inoue but made excuses when Pacquiao offered to fight him.

Lomachenko has nothing to gain by beating up on Inoue, who's even smaller than Rigondeaux.

He can always drag him 2 weights up. Not the first time.

Dare to be great... and all that stuff, you know.

Loma when he unifies the divison should look for look the top fights. First with Inoue, then back up for the likes of Tank, Hainey, Lopez and Garcia to cement his legacy. Maybe even the winner of Taylor & Progais.

Ye heard that from a few people.. it's certainly not happening anytime soon tho.. Loma did say the other day that if he unifies 135 in his next two fights he's moving back DOWN.. it won't be Inoue tho.. can't see it

Doesn’t make any sense TBH, there’s better things to do for both of them.

Loma has said nothing about Inoue. This is all Arum.
Old Bob is doing what he always does, use fighter A to prompt up fighter B. He does this most often with new talent; compares them to a legend of the past: "The is the new xxx. He reminds me of xxx".
Same old, same old from Arum. But it obviously still works.

What is this silly notion? No. Weight classes exist for a reason, just look at Inoue's frame. This only serves to build him up too, Loma would be very much against that matchup I'm sure. A danger fight and one he'd get little credit if he wins it.

Inoue is already 4 divisions above his debut weight. That would be another 2. I def do not think this fight will be one that is talked about beyond the occasional "could this great fighter move up 3 divisions and beat a great fighter at said division?!"
