What I don't understand is that it's Jan now how long does it take to build one and is Arum going to give Mayweather his deposit back for breaking the date with MGM I'M sure thats a binding contract. Not once has Arum said anything in the past negoiations about building a stadium. Besides I don't think MGM will take a step aside payment and Arum already knows that hence another road block that Arum is erecting
