Arum starts talking about 1:00 to 2:50 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucns2EfZlJ4&feature=related Juan Manuel is a legend but Valero would retire him! After that, Pac-Man or Hatton would be easier than Marquez!:rasta "I proved one more time that I have too much power in my fists," Valero said. "I can go up to 140 pounds to fight Ricky Hatton or Manny Pacquiao, but I promise you I would knock out either of them.":good
I'd be seriously riding the Valero hype train if he had some nice technique and defensive capabilities. Totally void, however.
He is better skilled than you think. He's not sloppy either. He's an awkward styled south-paw with equal power in both hands, has relentless aggression, with speed equal to Pac-Man, and p4p the hardest puncher alive. He never loses balance but gets power behind every punch and works the body as well.
Arum at his best....Looking for reasons not to put one of his top fighters in the ring with a guy that can beat him..We all know that JMM can beat Pac, Just as we knew that Williams could beat Margo. Im tired of Arum and all his double talk.
We also know that Pacquiao can beat Marquez, fought him twice and has beaten him before. You can't really say the same for Marquez. If Marquez wants the Pacquiao fight then why not move up in weight and prove that he wants it?, Pacquiao defeated him last time they met and if he wants the fight then he might as well prove it by chasing Pacquiao. Talking smack is just self promoting, even though I can't deny Marquez is doing great in the ring right now and against top competition, Pacquiao is doing the same too. Pac has a fight already scheduled, so all the smack talking from Marquez gets him nothing right now, he might as well setup bigger fights or move up in weight.
valero is fast as **** but pac's speed is better in comparison, and he throws straight and accurate puches compared to edwin. but i believe that valero edges him in power
Valero edges him in power?, based on what?, knocking out tomato cans? Pacquiao proved his power against P4P competition and hurt them all, Valero proves his power against tomato cans. Can't really give an edge to Valero till he fights someone worth mentioning.
He more than edges him in power I believe. Also, even though Pac has improved his right hand, Valero's is naturally better and more versatile. Edwin throws mostly straight now, except for when finish off opponents.
