Im beginning to think that Bob Arum is really the person that doesnt want this fight to happen.
If Floyd beats Pac there goes his last cash cow.
Cotto beaten up already, Margarito branded a cheater.
Pac is the last mega cash cow he has left, he has to protect him

Haha, I picked it. I knew Arum would try for a Cotto-Pac rematch for a 154 title after Cotto beats Foreman. I even guessed it would be a 150 catchweight. Pac can go for a title in yet another division, and Cotto gets the chance for redemption being at a more natural weight. I don't really want to see it, but it probably will happen if Mayweather doesn't drop his demands. Margarito needs a couple of good wins after the Mosley demolition before Arum can justify a Pac-Margo matchup.

Typical Arum. First Pac vs Cotto (both Top Rank), then Pac vs Clottey (both Top Rank), then Pac vs ? (insert Top Rank fighter here). He knows Pac is on the verge of retiring and wants every dollar to stay in house. If Pac fights Mayweather then Arum loses 50% of the cut and doesn't want that, regardless of the pie being bigger.

like i said, arum doesn't want floyd mayweather to fight pacquiao. arum will continue to put pacquiao in with fighters in his stable and cash in that way. i know what arum is like by now, and he knows floyd will kick that ass. milk pacquiao for more money before putting him in the lions den.

    PACQUIAO is the best.

Fight won happen at 150 it will happen at 154 and PACQUIAO will beat the crap out of FOREMAN or COTTO.

Do you really want to see Pacquiao fight Cotto again?

I think Arum is hurting Pacquiao's reputation at the expense of him being greedy.

It seems like Arum is saying screw the fans i can do what i want.

I hope Manny Paquiao leaves this old scum bag like floyd did before he ruin Pacquiao's name totally.

Come on Pac wake up to what this man is doing to your career.

I would buy either of these fights.

    * Pacquiao-Margarito would be an absolute war. Similar to Mosley-Margarito except that Pacquiao is significantly smaller than Mosley so there is a lot more danger for him should Margarito land a shot.

Pacquiao-Margarito would do a monster -- gigantic -- gate in either Texas or Mexico. It's a no-brainer for Arum to make because he gets to use his best fighter (Pac) to help rehabilitate the image of Margarito.

This fight would greatly please the casual fan who wants action. No Pacquio-Clottey dud.

    * Pacquiao-Cotto interests me because, if Cotto beats Foreman, then Pacquiao can go for another weight division title and enhance his legacy. And again, both men will come to brawl (or, at least, Pacquiao will force Cotto to brawl), making it an easy sell to the public for Arum.

arum has already said pacquiao will fight at 150, not no higher. he's the boss. what's the point in rematching cotto anyway? well i'll tell you why, t's because arum is that god damn desperate to stay away from floyd.

If Pacquiao is not fighting Mayweather, the only fights i want to see are at 140.
Pacman should clean the JWW division.
    Bradley and/or Khan and/or Alexander.
    Talk about adding to legacy.
