As a Floyd fan I cant wait for Manny Pacquiao vs Antonio Margarito

Good post. I too think this fight is risky. If Margo's chin is still solid, it will be a long night for Pac. Look how long it took to KO David Diaz.

If Margo can walk through Pac's punches he will surely land some of his own.

 

This fight is a joke, Margo is just a big punching bag, he is slow, has no skill or defense, this will look like a cross between Mosley Vs Margo and Pac vs ODLH, Margo is so outclassed here it really isn't funny.

 

I don't get what you mean by this. Do you resent the fact that neight guy has fought at that weight long enough to deserve a title shot? Or are you one of thse ignorant ****s who thinks that the only way to win a title is to come at the top weight limit? Because 151 lbs is perfectly within the jr. middleweight range.

 

Only important thing in this fight. How many people will complain about Mayweather vs Pacman after this fight has taken place. Pacman will leave with the same amount of damage he has in his last few fights, winning by WIDE UD or stoppage depending on how much punishment the ref wants Margo to take.

It already lost a lot when Mayweather did his vacation thing on negotiation time. Unless he has a very very good reason why he did that. Like having a sex change or something.

People shouldn't be expecting the Margo from the Cotto/Cintron fights. They should expect the Margo from Mosley and Garcia fights for Pac.

 

Either way, Pac Vs. Mayweather has lost it's edge.
When/if this ever happens in the next year or so (I doubt it)

Floyd will be 34+ & Pac will have alot of miles on him.
(Including the Margarito WAR he has yet to go thru)

 

I like this fight as well... I see it as a pick'em fight despite what the book makers think! Its also interesting that pac is fighting someone that mayweather didnt want to fight and floyd just fought mosley who roach didnt want pac to face!!

This fight is good. I don't care what the Manny haters say. I would have liked to see Floyd fight Margo too, always said it. I don't care if it's a 12-0 job Floyd puts on Marg.

 

I always wanted to see floyd take on margo as well! Floyd would of most likely put on a clinic but you never know! In the back of floyds mind I know that he knew he couldnt hurt tony and he knew tony would work for 12 rounds!! :good

 

We'll see what happens fight night... But I assume the same people giving Margo a 'good' chance gave Pacmans last 3 opponents a 'good' chance... I admittedly mistakenly thought ODLH was coming to fight in fighting condition... Never make that mistake again. Started looking at the match ups more closely to see no real reason Pacman should lose them.. Margo is slow and defenseless... Easy picking for Pacman. Size meant **** in the last 3 fights and it will mean **** in this fight as well. But it sure got you fans excited, so I see why they did it and got away with it. If I'm wrong I'll eat my words, doubt Margo shows he has any chance though...

Can't wait to see the board go crazy about how awesomely amazing Pacman's performance was and Margo couldn't do **** because Pacman is that damn good. He is, when fighting people like Margo. Go get your title Pacman!

 

Agreed! I think Floyd wins a wide UD, but the shots Margo would have landed would have done damage... Floyd aint see no reason to risk that... Kinda smart in hindsight seeing as he had plaster fists.. Floyd could fight and beat him now, but then it would be cherry picking to most... Plaster fists Margo or no Margo at all!

Obviously you're playing some sympathy card here b/c you have to know that's completely wrong. Look at this forum...any thread related to pac has numerous posts praising him. Obviously there will always be people who dont give credit where it's due, but to say he hasnt got any credit since JMM is simply wrong and needlessly dramatic.
